Conditions of Use

I know how hard it is to find graphics you can use commercially without all kinds of restrictions on their use. That´s one reason that I compile my own graphics.

You may use my graphics for personal and commercial use on finished products or digital templates whether they are sold or shared as a freebie. The commercial use also extends to your customer.
Unless otherwise mentioned graphics may be changed to fit your design (e.g recolored, resized or cropped), just don't distribute them other than with your design. Of course you can always ask if I'm able to make the changes (when you'd like part of the graphic altered or graphics combined).


There are only a few restrictions:

* Distribution of the graphic or template in its original state through any e-mail group, newsgroup, or forum, in a graphic collection (that you are selling, giving away or offering for download) or any other way is not allowed. * You may not use the graphics on any site that displays, promotes or links to sites that are pornographic or advocate crime, hate, or prejudice toward any believe or people or cruelty to children or animals. This applies also to finished designs.



* They may not be used for products that are mass produced. You can use them on POD (Print on Demand) sites like GCU, CafePress as long as they are part of a design you create.

Areas of use: candywrappers (templates), greeting cards, invitations, scrapbooking, labels, tags, stationary, embroidery patterns, cross-stitch patterns, knitting patterns, clothing, handmade crafts.



Even though I haven´t added a copyright to the graphics, you can´t take credit for the images, I or the artist whose models I use do retain the copyright and ownership of all images/files. I do not require a link back but would appreciate any business you can send my way.

Do not hotlink to the pictures but instead send people to the main url.
